Masala tea is what you need for a great day, Happy face and an impetus drink. This amalgamation of spices carrying loads of health benefits such as digestion, heart health and for controlling blood sugar(diabetes).
Ingredients -
1) Dry ginger powder(Sonth)- 1cup
2) Cardamom(Elaichi) - 2 Tbsp
3) Cloves(Laung) - 2 Tbsp
4) Cinnamon(Dalchini) - 7-8 Pieces
5) Black pepper(Kali mirch) - 2 Tbsp
Grind into fine Powder
