A good cup of tea is the best way to start a day. There are so many varieties to prepare tea. India's most popular Masala chai with Exotic spices and some milk will become an impetus.


Masala tea is what you need for a great day, Happy face and an impetus drink. This amalgamation of spices carrying loads of health benefits such as digestion, heart health and for controlling blood sugar(diabetes).



Ingredients -

1) Dry ginger powder(Sonth)- 1cup

2) Cardamom(Elaichi) - 2 Tbsp

3) Cloves(Laung) - 2 Tbsp

4) Cinnamon(Dalchini) - 7-8 Pieces

5) Black pepper(Kali mirch) - 2 Tbsp

               

 Grind into fine Powder 

 Chai Masala Powder is Ready

     GINGER          

 

Ginger, a flowering perpetual plant with roots which is commonly used for cooking in both its raw and dried and ground ginger powder. Helps in digestion, curing common cold, flu and body pains/aches. 

 

 

CARDAMOM 

 

 

Cardamom, a strong spice made from small pods of Zingiberaceae plant species, grown in India and south of Asia. Helps in curing indigestion and digestion problems.

Cinnamon, from the bark of Cinnamomum tree species. Helps in curing heartburn, indigestion and lowers Blood pressure. 

 

 BLACK    PEPPER 

 

 
 
Black pepper, ground spice made from peppercorn fruit, is the native to south India. It has Antioxidant and Antibacterial properties.
