Tomato Soup, A very classic creamy soup served with croutons. Stay warm and energetic with this Winter special Homemade Tomato soup. It's Amazing with a bursting flavour of Tomatoes, so easy to make with full of flavours. Also, this healthy soup will help Boosting Immunity, supports weight loss and reduces the risk of heart diseases. With wasting no more time Let's start making the recipe.


For Tomato soup add all the Ingredients given below in a cooker and pressure cook for 3 to 4 Whistles

Ginger - 1 inch

Cloves - 4 to 5 

Garlic - 4 to 5

Black pepper - 8 to 10

A Bay Leaf

Beetroot (Gives a nice colour) - 1 inch

One Potato(Gives a Thick Texture)

5 Red Tomatoes

One Carrot

Water - 1/4 cup

Salt - 1/2 tsp









Meanwhile, we'll make Croutons:-

For making croutons, Take two bread slices and Apply butter on both sides.




    Now, Roast them from both the sides On low flame till they turn crisp.


        

    Once they turn crisp take them in a plate and slice into cubes.





    They Look perfect,Croutons are ready


    


    After four whistles let it cool completely



    Transfer them into a mixer jar 






   Make sure to remove the Bay leaf before you 



   Remove the outer skin of Tomatoes 




Now blend it into a fine paste




   Strain the puree 




   To this add salt to taste 




   1/2 tsp of Black pepper powder 




   1 tsp of sugar




   Mix properly



   Add water as required 



   Mix for 3 to 4 minutes



   Add 1 tsp of butter



Fresh cream 




   Now let it boil for 3 to 4 minutes




   Looks perfect



   Serve with fresh cream and croutons


                        ENJOY THE SOUP
