HOMEMADE WHOLE WHEAT TAWA PIZZA
Pizza is one of the most desired dishes all over the world. This Flavoursome combination of veggies and cheese bursting out makes it a perfect evening snack. Making this Palatable Italian dish is very easy, represents a healthier alternative than the white crust.
Also, whole wheat Pizza does have some benefits. It is bosting for diabetics, heart and weight loss. Adding more and more vegetables to it adds more fibres to the recipe. So, without wasting any time let's start making this tranquil recipe.
INGREDIENTS FOR PIZZA BASE :
Wheat Flour - 1 cup
Curd - As required for making a perfect dough
Salt - 1/2 Tsp
Sugar - 1 Tsp
Baking Powder - 1/2 Tsp
Baking Soda - 1/2 Tsp
Oil - 2 Tsp
PIZZA TOPPINGS :
Pizza Sauce - 2 Tbsp
Shredded Mozzarella Cheese - 1/2 Cup
Veggies - Onions, Tomatoes, Capsicum and Corns
Black Olives (optional)
Pizza Seasoning/Oregano
Chilli Flakes
PROCEDURE :
1) In a Mixing Bowl add 1 Cup of Wheat Flour
2) Make a space for adding other ingredients
3) Add Curd as Required for Making the Dough
5) 1 Tsp of Sugar
6) 1/2 Tsp of Baking Powder
7) 1/2 Tsp of Baking Soda
8) Mix all the Ingredients Properly
