                                               CAN I BE A LEADER? 

                                              WAYS TO BECOME A LEADER 

  

 Does almost Everyone have this question in mind that can I be a Leader? Now if we just think that if we can become a leader or not it will be of no use. To become a leader, you don't just have to think and try to answer this question but you have to work so hard to become a leader. 

 

 Also, the person who is willing to become a leader has to first become a good person, and then only he/she will become a good leader. After the person becomes a leader, he/she automatically develop the qualities of a great leader.so Becoming a great leader takes time.  

 

we know some of the great leaders such as Mother Teresa, B.R. Ambedkar, Indira Gandhi, Jawaharlal Nehru, and many more. A Good and successful Leader is filled up of Many different types of skills including Honesty, Integrity, accountability and many more.  

 

I Would like to first tell What Leadership is. Leadership is mainly defined as the set of characteristics, Behavior or style that one exhibits in their daily lives. Ya good characteristics, good Behavior all may not be present in one person but to become a leader some skills must be there in a person who is willing to become a leader. First of all, the leader should be honest so that his/her team members could trust their leader. 

 Secondly, the leader should be able to communicate in a variety of ways, to transmit the information.  

 

Thirdly, the leader should treat all their team members equally. Fourthly, giving thanks will make anyone a good leader. Gratitude will decrease the anxiety, Nervousness of the person. Other Qualities which a good leader must have are Integrity, Courage, Honesty, Delegate, positive attitude, creativity, empathy and accountability. 

 

 There are many other skills and qualities that a leader must-have. But if a person is becoming a leader for the first time, he/she must have these qualities in them.so I Would like to end this Blog by saying that 'A Leader is the one who is humble enough to admit his/her own mistakes."
