Everyone should fix a time for using digital gadgets like smartphones, Tablets and Laptops etc. Watching Television for 1 hour a day and using laptops or smartphones 3 hours a day will be perfect.

 



It's always healthier to spend reduced time on Technology and additional time on Physical Activities. Physical Activities can encompass cycling, Exercise, Skipping etc.

  


 Playing Board Games such as Chess, Ludo, Playing cards/UNO is also a good idea.

  


Instead of reading E-books, going to Library and reading a novel can also reduce addiction towards Technology.

 


Cycling for an hour in the fresh air will reduce stress and can make you fit and Healthy.




Meditate Early Mornings for 30 minutes to relax your mind, improve memory, focus and many other benefits.




Anyone following these simple activities can surely abbreviate the addiction towards Technology.
